Carbon Steel Spockets are available with either CNC flame cut
tooth forms or CNC milled tooth forms

with CNC milled tooth forms
One Part Designs, platewheels, single boss, central boss
and offset boss
Multipart Designs, 2 part splits, 4 part splits,1 or 2 part
hubs with multipart segmental tooth rims
Fixings, 8 .8 Carbon Steel or 316 Stainless Steel
with a choice of nuts, including Nyloc, Binx, Aero
etc and also plain nuts with spring washers
Bores, are offered with all options from pilot
to fully finished to H7 to H9 tolerance including
parallel or taper keyways. Plus TaperLock,
Ringfeder or Bronze bushed bores.
Flame Hardening is also available,including certification
where required
Shaft Assemblies, head, tail and idler shaft assemblies
complete with requested sprockets, keypieces,collars,
etc aligned and fixed at the specfied tranverse
operating centres.
Segmental Girth
Rings & Drive rims,
may be supplied in any suitable combination of parts
and pitches to tooth ratio.
